As a Social Change Trainer & Facilitator, a Youth Activist passionate about Youth and Community Development Work, Ibrahim for the past years have worked directly and indirectly with young people and community folks proving skills needed for young people’s personal and career development.
He has broad knowledge and experience in International Youth work haven worked in Youth programs in Africa and Europe. His expertise includes Designing Curriculum and Training Manuals for Youth and providing Consultations on Youth Work.
He has for the past years received extensive training both in Africa and Europe that gives him broader perspectives when it comes to Youth Empowerment.
Of late his energy has been directed towards Peace Promotion through Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with the view that, there can’t be development without peace.
Ibrahim has received trainings on Nonviolent Communication enabling him to offer trainings and sessions on Nonviolent Communication. He has attended an International Intensive Training (IIT) in Switzerland, the highest Training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and subsequently in Germany too.
As the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Network, he works tirelessly in building a strong foundation for the development of Nonviolent Communication in Ghana
Mubarak was introduced to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2013 by his coworker, Ibrahim Zukpeni. He has since been studying NVC and making efforts to bring NVC to Ghana and in 2018 he cofounded NVC-Ghana Network with Ibrahim Abukari Zukpeni.
Mubarak as a Trainer / Facilitator has specialized in working with young people in diverse areas, particularly Peace Building, Empowerment and Job Creation. Mubarak now supports individuals, couples and families and organizations in the practice of Nonviolent Communication.
A young Development Educator working at Grooming Dot Org. She is interested in Children and Gender issues in societies. She engages herself in organizing and conducting trainings and capacity building programs for school children and youth in the Northern region.
As an NVC – Ghana Network member, she writes post of activities of the network on Social media platforms to help in spreading and create awareness of NVC in Ghana
Salima holds a Diploma in Development Education from University for Development Studies and currently pursuing her Bsc. In Development Education program from the Same University.
In her leisure time, she enjoys taking pictures just to admire Nature and love Listening to Music.
Saratu is responsible for the office management, like records keeping, handling reports, and taking down minutes of meeting.
Studying Development Education at the university, she contributes to the team effort by facilitating workshops organized by the Network.
